Lone Traveler
The party encounters a hooded figure walking down a dangerous highway, refusing to speak or stop. This traveler is actually a spectral courier bound to deliver a letter to a ruined watchtower before sunrise. The party must protect the traveler from bandits who believe the letter is a treasure map, and from the spectral wolves that hunt the courier at night. If they succeed, the letter reveals a forgotten family secret valuable to a local lord.
