The Bitter Cold Bandit

A mysterious figure known only as the Frost Bandit has been stealing firewood and heating supplies from villages throughout the region. While the crimes seem petty, people are freezing without warmth. Hunt down the bandit, but be prepared to discover that not every criminal is what they seem.
